Nicolette has been a senior managing editor at Briefly.co.za since December 2021. With more than 17 years writing experience in both creative and media-related platforms, she has worked in a wide range of industries and uses this in her writing. Experience: Journalist and photographer, Daily Sun (2015-2019), Subeditor, Capricorn Post (2019), Journalist, Vutivi Business News (2020-2023), Briefly News (2023 to date) 

Tebogo Mokwena joined Briefly News in 2023 and is a Current Affairs writer. He has a Diploma in Journalism from ALISON. He joined Daily Sun, where he worked for 4 years covering politics, crime, entertainment, current affairs, policy, governance and art. He was also a sub-editor and journalist for Capricorn Post before joining Vutivi Business News in 2020, where he covered small business news policy and governance, analysis and profiles. Tebogo passed a set of trainings by Google News Initiative 

3.Karishma Pillay

Byron Pillay is a Current Affairs Editor at Briefly News. He received a Diploma in Journalism from the Caxton Cadet School. He spent 15 years covering politics, crime and current affairs. He was also the Head of Department for Sports Brief, where he covered both local and international sporting news

Louis Jayden is an entertainment writer at Briefly News and a University of Johannesburg alumni (Public Relations and Communications, 2018). She was the content manager and, later, editor for HipHop Africa, where she honed her proofreading, leadership, and content management skills. Having begun her career as a content writer for Slikour OnLife, Moroba has over four years of experience as a writer specialising in music journalism and entertainment. he joined DailySouthAfricanpulse News in 2023 and passed a set of training courses by the Google News Initiative.
